PLANNING: We assess your needs and goals for the project. Together we will define the time frame, costs and expectations for a successful completion of the project. We will outline what is required to put your website together. A contract is signed and a deposit is made prior to the start of the project. Final payment is not due until you're satisfied with the completed project.
DESIGN: Once all materials and information have been gathered from you, we will put together preliminary designs for your review and feedback.
DEVELOPMENT: This stage is for developing active web pages. All content, materials and information is put into the individual web pages and all links are made active. This is when Flash animation pieces are developed and rollover affects are put into place. Programming and database development is completed during this phase.
LAUNCH AND REVIEW: During this stage the web site is online for your final review and approval. There will be a three week period for content revisions at no additional charge.
MAINTENANCE: Our partnership with you continues even after your web site project is complete. We will update your website, usually at an hourly rate, and troubleshoot any web server or email issues that may come up.
